"I had a lapse in insurance when buying a new car for approx 7 weeks! It wasn’t due to a lack of trying. Although I’ve been a loyal customer w/State Farm for 31 years I think I’ve only called them 1x in at least the last 15 yrs I can recall so I had no idea who my agent was. I went to google looked up SF and called a local office. I LM. Never got a call back so I tried again, LM. Called a third time got someone at a local office to tell me they weren’t my agent & I needed to call them directly. Geez thx, no offer to tell me who it was or redirect me. Forgot about & was frustrated w/their customer care time went by & I got a letter from DMV saying I were to be issued an SR22 & license getting suspended if I can’t prove insurance. I spent time finding who my agent is get insurance (4weeks later still in underwriting) and DMV contacts me again yesterday I still have no proof of ins and will face rep ructions previously mentioned. I’ve had at least 10+ calls w/SF some 2 min calls some 45 min calls, I’ve been redirected over and over and no one is helping me. I called 800#asking for manager they said I’d have to speak with my agent directly Stephanie Langkil. Well 2 days later, hours spent each day on the phone and no call back from Stephanie and I’ve spoken to Brian, Courtney and Brooke in her office leaving messages. This after I was told yesterday she would be in today! This office does not care about your customer loyalty OR your driving record or lively hood. Bc they couldn’t ever call me back and inform me of who my agent was now I suffer the penalties which I will not accept as my negligence! I will continue to fight this but in the meantime do yourself a favor and do not do business with this office or State Farm in general. They will be losing me as a loyal customer who has barely needed anything from them on 31 yrs just to be left out to dry when a situation did arise I needed help with! Shame on them!"

"Great staff. Friendly on the phone, every time I call. Been with this branch for over a decade. Awesome rates for Hampton roads. If you leave a message they return the call that business day. Have been really great with my life insurance policy. Don't settle for less call Brian he will get you covered. Very knowledgeable on rates. I have purchased a few automobiles, they have had my insurance on time to drive off the lot with in minutes. Go beyond for service on rentals, collision problems etc. 100 percent customer satisfaction. Never had a problem. Everyone (friends) that asks about insurance I send them to Stephanie Langkil. Also I have been with Geico , progressive, they're always slow, slack and you never know who's on the other line. Also the premiums were out of this world. Best decision I ever made was State Farm. Also the phone app is legit. Never had a problem with paying my bill,"

"I recently moved all my insurance to Stephanie Langkil’s State Farm Insurance Agency. From the first telephone call Stephanie was eager to answer all my questions and find the best deal for me. She wrote multiple policies that day. Afterwards when I had follow up questions she didn’t hesitate to return my calls. One program that she convinced me to try was the “Safe and Save”. I was reluctant at first, but it actually makes you more conscientious about your driving. When my policy comes up for renewal I can’t wait to see my savings.
